Picasa 3 on Fedora 11 network problem

Was getting this message:

Login failed. Please check that you are connected to the internet ...

yum install wine
cp /usr/lib/wine/wininet.dll.so /opt/google/picasa/3.0/wine/lib/wine/wininet.dll.so

Oh man, I have had the same problem, and hope so much that your tips will help me, cause I consider that Fedora the best OS of all times, and I dont want to use others OS that way worse than Fedora.Also I like to use latest picasa version https://yepdownload.com/picasa from this amazing service.
